The Keep Austin Weird Festival is THE celebration of Austin. Live music begins at 2:00 pm with the Paul Green School of Rock Kids Band and goes until 10 PM. Check out local artisans, play in the Kids Zone and be sure to visit the H-E-B "Here, Everything’s Local" Tent at the festival, where you'll find a great selection of Austin-born products.
The Bright Light Social Hour is an American indie rock band from Austin, Texas. Born out of a university art-rock collective, The Bright Light Social Hour has evolved into an unabashedly wide-screen act, melding classic rock energy and dynamics with funk, soul, and experimental influences.

The Paul Green School of Rock Music is Austin's premier performance-based music program for kids ages 7 to 18.The best way to learn to play music is by playing live with others and School of Rock students have the opportunity to actually play real concerts (not recitals) in actual "rock" venues such as Stubbs, Emo's, Ruta Maya and Redrum. Taught by Austin's top musicians, our students play sold-out shows not only in Austin, but across the country.
