Mark your calendars for the morning of Saturday, September 12th, and get ready to start your day Weird!!!!
Unofficially known to some as "the slowest 5K you'll ever run," the 7th Annual Keep Austin Weird 5K is an experience you'll never forget. As you waddle, wade, paddle, or slither your way down a scenic course through the heart of South Congress, you'll enjoy samples from Austin originals, including Amy's Ice Cream, Taco Shack, and Zen. Stay after for food, drinks, live music and the costume contest awards.
The 7th Annual Keep Austin Weird 5K will begin at 8:00 AM starting at the Buford Bell Tower in downtown Austin located at the intersection of west Cesar Chavez Street and Colorado Street.
Bring the whole family in weird attire for the Family Run, beginning at 9:00 am. |
